If you want to wear a veil with your Tiara, we recommend having a comb attached to the veil.  You would then put the Tiara on, and attach the veil (with the comb) to the top of your head near the front of the Tiara.   You could then remove the veil (if you so choose) for your reception.  Or, you could put the comb at the back of your head so that it appears the veil is attached to the back of the tiara.
